These Terms of Service govern your use of RankZone and related web and mobile services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
RankZone provides project collaboration, reporting, chat, workflow, profile, library, jobs, marketplace, subscription, and related business tools. Some modules may be enabled, disabled, or limited depending on your account, role, subscription, or launch settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed using your account. Information you submit must be accurate and you must keep your profile and business details reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for content you upload, create, send, publish, or store through the service, including reports, files, attachments, profile content, marketplace posts, job posts, and chat messages.
You must not use the service to upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content, or to violate the privacy or rights of other users.
If you choose to use features such as camera capture, voice notes, file uploads, or notifications, you authorize the app to access the related device capability for that feature.
Project data may be visible to authorized admins, project members, invited users, or workspace participants according to their assigned roles, permissions, and shared workflow access.
Some features or usage levels may depend on subscription plans, storage policies, referral rules, administrative controls, or launch-stage limitations. Feature availability may differ between users or organizations.
We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, modules, or parts of the service at any time. We try to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or content that violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or abuse the platform. Users may also delete their own accounts using the in-app account deletion flow.
You are responsible for reviewing reports, project outputs, calculations, attachments, and shared records before relying on them for business or field decisions. Unless required by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis.
