This Privacy Policy explains how RankZone collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services.
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, role, business profile details, and login credentials needed to create and manage your account.
We collect project and collaboration data that you choose to create or upload, including project names, locations, reports, templates, approvals, task records, verification records, messages, referrals, and related business workflow information.
We collect files and media that you choose to upload, such as profile images, project photos, documents, PDFs, attachments, signatures, and voice notes sent through project chat.
If you enable notifications, we may collect and store push notification tokens and related device delivery information required to send project invitations, alerts, and platform updates.
We also collect limited technical and usage information required for app operation, security, debugging, storage management, and abuse prevention.
The app may request access to the camera when you choose to capture photos or upload images directly from the camera, microphone access when you choose to record a voice note, and notification permission when you choose to receive app alerts. These permissions are used only for the related feature you actively use.
We use your information to operate the app, authenticate users, manage projects, enable chat and collaboration, generate reports and PDFs, support profile verification, manage subscriptions and referrals, provide books or learning resources, support jobs or marketplace modules when enabled, and respond to support or abuse reports.
We also use information to maintain platform security, investigate misuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with authorized users inside your workspace or project as part of normal app functionality, for example when project members view reports, attachments, chat messages, invitations, or profile details that you make available through the service.
We may also share limited information with service providers or infrastructure partners that help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, file storage, notification delivery, security, and support systems, subject to appropriate operational controls.
We retain information while your account or related project records remain active, and for additional time where needed for security, backup, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit requirements.
You can delete your account using the in-app account deletion flow or by submitting a request on our Account Deletion page. When an account deletion request is completed, access is removed and data is deleted, anonymized, or retained only where reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
RankZone is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children.
